Courageous Kids Camp is a supportive, creativity-based program designed to help children build confidence, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop essential life skills, all in a fun, nurturing environment. Led by Chali Henderson and Niamh Fahy, two experienced children’s therapists, the camp uses expressive arts and play to support emotional growth and connection.

Each day, children will participate in a variety of engaging activities, including:

• Art projects

• Music and songwriting

• Group games

• Team-building activities

These activities are thoughtfully designed to support emotional regulation, self-expression, and self-awareness. Through creativity, movement, and play, children learn practical tools for understanding their emotions, expressing themselves safely, and navigating social experiences with greater confidence
